Hello, Welcome to Ninty Nine Souls, a Soul Eater RP site. I'll be one of your teachers, Franken Stein. Now as you may have noticed, I am a cannon character which brings us to our first rule. Only staff may be Cannon characters, and we will be teachers. When you go to make your character be sure to make him as original as possibly, for if he's anything like a real Soul Eater character, he will be denied.
Now then, what are the rest of the rules? Ah, yes, we expect everyone to act fairly maturely, but keep everything below a PG-13 level. If you simply MUST do something sexual, do us all a favor, and do it through PM's.
Anyway, basic forum rules, right? Do not Goat, God-mod, insult staff members, ect, ect... Things that should be common sense. If you really need an explanation on what those things are you can ask pretty much anyone. and they will bluntly tell you, it means not to be an ass. Simple enough, right?
