Well, this time, I'll be talking about the partner system. In 99SRP, you can either create a technician and a weapon as one character (this takes up a technician and a weapon spot on the restriction list) OR you can choose option B. Option B is a where you will be where a weapon and it's technician will choose each other and be separate characters controlled by two different people. This idea is supposed to be a fun alternative to the first one. It's still in testing stage so we'll see how it works.
